Terms & Conditions

The props may be available at time of enquiry but will need to be rechecked by our team for availability once the booking is confirmed by the client, if confirmation is not made by the client the props will remain available for hire to other clients.

Terms & Conditions of Hire

30% deposit must be made to book your event within 7 days otherwise 2 weeks before the event date, deposits are non refundable.

All items must be cleaned before drop off or pick up otherwise a cleaning fee will be applied. On the day there is a $200 cash bond that will need to be paid and will be returned if everything is all in working order and no damage have been made.

Any cancellation within 6 weeks require 50% total invoice to be paid. All cancellations must be given in writing addressed to Sydney Prop shop including date and invoice number. Deposit will be forfeited all changes or removal  of items from booking can only be made 4 weeks prior to the event. Additions can be made at any time subject to the availability of the items.
